Shipping in Canada/USA
Brew and Bloom offers an assortment of fresh products. These are delicate products that need to be handled with care. Currently, products that are NOT fresh flowers are available to ship throughout Canada and USA. See fresh flower shipping below for details on shipping fresh flowers. Shipping Fresh Flower Products
Fresh flowers products are only available locally in Edmonton AB and Greater Edmonton Areas.
Our flower couriers can deliver to your office, home or condo and instructed to deliver to the concierge if you live in a condo; if you’re not home (just make sure the concierge is willing to accept the flowers).
Future Delivery Dates
We will also allow pre-orders and shipping on a later date. On our products with fresh products, such as flowers, we will have the option to fill in a future delivery date that is at least 48 hrs after the order date. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on or before then.
If you live in a house and no one is home our courier will use their best judgement to deem if it is safe to leave the flower arrangements outside or hidden from plain view of the public. Alternatively, we can leave the flowers with the neighbours with your permission. When delivering in the winter and there is no one at home, the flowers cannot be left outside. In this situation, the courier will bring the flowers back and we will attempt to deliver it again with the same flowers the next day or we will reach out to the customer by email and plan for the most suitable delivery time.
On the day the flowers are due to arrive you'll be notified about the 1-hour delivery window and will be able to track your flowers on their journey.
Fresh floral subscriptions are only available locally in Edmonton AB and Greater Edmonton Areas, and will be prepped by hand and delivered Thursday day. Cut off dates for these orders will be Tuesday at 11:59PM MST. On the day the flowers are due to arrive you'll be notified about the 1-hour delivery window and will be able to track your flowers on their journey.
Satisfaction is our top priority. If you do not like the products you’ve received, you can always return them within 7 days. Please contact our customer support to file a return
